La
Chambre criminelle de la Cour d'Appel de Casablanca a statué mardi
dernier, sur le report de l'examen de l'affaire incriminant El Ghali
Sebti, ancien président de la Corporation des Minotiers du Maroc, et
plus connue désormais sous l'appellation de «détournements des
minoteries marocaines» et dans laquelle les inculpés ont été condamnés à
15 ans de prison ferme par contumace. Les chefs d'inculpation des
poursuites engagées contre les prévenus ont trait, à la fois, à la
dilapidation des fonds publics et privés, aux détournements, détention
illégale, trahison et abus de pouvoir. Rappelons que l'affaire a été
déclenchée par les rapports d'enquête et d'audit transmis au procureur
de la Cour Spéciale de Justice, dissoute depuis, mettant en cause de
graves détournements dont les coupables nommés sont El Ghali Sebti avec 4
de ses complices.
